Job summary

Deepak Nitrite Limited in Maharashtra seeks candidates for plant operations, to handle shift-wise production, follow SOPs, and ensure safe material handling with proper PPE, supporting maintenance to meet daily targets.

The role demands awareness of process parameters, 5S housekeeping, supervision of loading/unloading, packaging, and basic chemistry knowledge. Teamwork and troubleshooting are valued to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications

• Experience in shift-wise plant process and following SOPs.
• Use of PPE during material handling.
• Maintenance follow-up for raw materials and finished goods.
• Knowledge of 5S housekeeping standards.
• Ability to supervise drumming, packing, and bagging activities.
• Experience in loading/unloading tankers and ISO containers.
• Awareness of process parameters and safety interlocks.
• Basic chemistry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handling shift wise plant process and operation as per SOP.
• Maintain Health, Safety & Environment Norms.
• Execution & supervision for Drumming, packing's, Bagging activities.
• Supervision of Loading/Unloading of tankers.
• Supervision of Loading of ISO container.
• Knowledge of Unit operation and Basic chemistry.

Qualification & Experience preferred

• Handling of shift wise plant process, operation as per SOP.
• Use of proper PPEs while material handling. Handling of suitable fire extinguishers in emergency.
• Follow up for maintenance Jobs, Raw material & Finished goods.
• Maintaining of Health, Safety & Environment Norms.
• Maintain the standard Norms safe operating parameters as defined in SOPs.
• Handling & Planning of shift manpower and proper utilization.
• Monitoring of batch time cycle as per standard.
• Handling of Acid & Alkali, Solvents. Class -A & Class -B chemicals.
• Maintaining of housekeeping as per 5 S slandered.
• Achieve Shift wise production as per the planning/Targets.
• Smart & Hard work skill, Troubleshooter, Problem solving ability with teamwork.
• Awareness of process parameters and safety interlocks.
• Execution & supervisor for Drumming, packing's, Bagging activities.
• Supervision of Loading/Unloading of tankers.
