Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage shift operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
• Plan manpower and monitor productivity, order volumes, and operational SLAs.
• Ensure quality checks, proper handling, storage, and cold-chain compliance for fresh produce.
• Monitor inventory, shrinkage, wastage, damages, and stock discrepancies.
• Prepare shift reports covering OTD%, productivity, wastage, QC rejections, and manpower utilization.
