Job summary

Gerresheimer is hiring for a Production Supervisor in Kosamba. The role covers setting and monitoring vial and ampoule machine operations, shift coordination, and adherence to the master plan. You will ensure quality, keep logs, trains staff, and maintain SAP records.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation.
• 0–3 years experience; freshers welcome.
• Experience with SAP for production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Handle problems related to job setting for Vial Machine RoHC, G3 and Ampoule machine Viamac.
• Review and approve manufacturing and organizational plans supporting Operations Master Plan.
• Ensure shift production is packed and ready for release to warehouse after each shift.
• Maintain shift logs and submit to quality department in a timely manner.
• Adhere to production planning and log spare requirements in production dept.
• Keep scrap rate under control.
• Report to Production Manager on overall production activity.
• Coordinate daily operator assignments and maintenance/quality control.
• Train new employees on all machines/processes with the Technical Supervisor.
• Maintain SAP production records and attendance tracking.

Job Description

• Any problems relating to job setting for Vial Machine RoHC,G3 and Ampoule machine Viamac shall be handled by him.
• Reviews and approves the implementation of manufacturing and organizational plans that support the Operations Master Plan.
• Shift produced quantity should be packed ready for release to be delivered to ware house after every shift .
• Shift log documentation, correctly written & timely submission to quality dept.
• Adherance to production planning and Creat log of spare required in production Dept.
• Responsible to keep scrap rate under control.
• Report to Production Manager related to Over all production related activity going on relative shift.
• Reviews operations of proceeding shift, including status of jobs and equipment, production schedules, job change requirements and availability of Manpower in shift.
• Checks for proper machine operation, lehrs,printers, and miscellaneous operations
• Coordinates daily assignments of Operator’s, Hot End Specialist’s. On evening shifts coordinates and directs maintenance and quality control.
• Coordinates the training of new employees on all machines and processes with the Technical Supervisor.
• Adheres to all quality objectives and ensures quality standards are met.
• Maintains production records utilizing SAP for production monitoring and verifies accuracy.
• Maintains time and attendance system functions for employee’s working on their designated shift including the tracking of employee attendance points
• Supports GMS initiative through team participation
