Job summary

Crown Hr Services in Vadodara, India, is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily production per SOP, aiming for zero line stoppage and high OEE. You will manage shift-wise line conversion, ensure timely handovers, and produce accurate reports.

The role requires planning manpower per production needs, training and monitoring line leaders and operators, signing gate passes, coordinating with contract supervisors, and addressing abnormalities promptly.

Qualifications

• Plan manpower as per production need and monitor skill development of line leaders and operators.
• Coordinate with contract supervisor, sign gate passes, and manage overtime.
• Investigate abnormalities and stop the line when required.
• Drive 2+ Kaizen ideas per month and ensure PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Daily production planning to achieve zero line stoppage and maximize OEE.
• Shift-wise line conversion and timely handover with accurate reporting.
• Do Why-Why analysis, CAPA and Poka-Yoke to prevent breakdowns and plan trials.
