Job summary

Lulu Group International in Bengaluru seeks a facility management engineer with a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to oversee building services across retail and hospitality sites. The role requires 3–5 years of FM experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to work in rotational/night shifts.

You will monitor HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, lifts, and fire safety, supervise technicians, coordinate with vendors, and maintain safety and maintenance records

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facility management, malls, shopping centres, retail, commercial buildings, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, lifts, and fire safety systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building services.
• Ensure smooth operation of all engineering systems across shifts.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely repairs.
• Monitor critical equipment and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Supervise technicians and coordinate with external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain shift reports, equipment logs, and maintenance records.
