Job summary

Talpro India Private Limited is seeking a SharePoint Technical Consultant to design, configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online environments. This role involves direct collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage SharePoint implementations throughout the entire application lifecycle.

Experience required: 4–6 years with SharePoint Online, strong .NET/C#/SQL background, SPFx, and PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online design, customization, and administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL, and modern development practices.
• Hands-on experience with SPFx for modern SharePoint UI development.
• Excellent PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administration.
• Strong experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 platform integrations (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Apps).
• Knowledge of permissions, governance, content lifecycle, and administration best practices.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

SharePoint Technical Consultant

Experience: 4–6 Years

Engagement: 12 months Contract

Budget: Up to 8 LPA (Fixed)

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Technical Consultant to design, configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online environments. This role involves direct collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage SharePoint implementations throughout the entire application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, Configuration & Maintenance

• Architect, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments.
• Implement and optimize site collections, lists, libraries, permissions , and content structures.
• Build and enhance modern SharePoint sites , pages, templates, and components for improved usability.
• Design and automate business processes using Power Automate workflows.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Apps.

2. Development & Customisation

• Develop custom web parts and UI components using SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
• Use PowerShell scripting for automation, provisioning, and deployment tasks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SharePoint solutions for performance and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance automation flows using Power Automate for approvals, alerts, and integrations.

3. Governance, Security & Compliance

• Define and enforce governance policies related to permissions, site lifecycle, and content management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection rules, and audit requirements.
• Conduct regular platform health checks and performance audits.

4. Support & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with business users to gather and refine functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into SharePoint technical solutions.
• Provide documentation, end-user training, and technical support across the organization.
