Job summary

vConstruct Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to design and develop enterprise SharePoint solutions. You will work with the team to deliver high-quality features on time, guiding implementation and code quality.

The role requires deep SharePoint Online expertise, SPFx with React, PnP, Graph API, and REST endpoints. You will mentor peers, participate in sprint planning, and stay current with Office 365 innovations to drive scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience in SharePoint Online (Office 365) Development and Administration.
• Experience with SPFx solutions using React.
• In-depth knowledge of Modern SharePoint Integrations.
• Knowledge of migration from Classic to Modern SharePoint.
• Strong PowerShell & CLI skills.
• In-depth knowledge of PnP Webparts & APIs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API & REST APIs (C#/NodeJS).
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills.

Job description

We are looking for a Tech Lead who is motivated with design and the art of programming. Responsibilities will include designing and developing quality, proficient and enterprise grade technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and work with team to deliver them with quality and on time.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• In depth understanding of SharePoint OOTB capabilities Ex- Site Templates, Web Parts, Branding, Content management, Hub, Search, Taxonomy etc.
• Developing SPFx solutions using React
• Using PnP Webparts & APIs for custom development
• Explore new features in O365 eco-system and stay updated with them
• Coach team members for implementation and upskilling.
• Own code quality of the delivered solutions and their maintainability and scalability.
• Own estimation and participate in project and sprint planning
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze the requirements given by customer and do the implementation.
• Demonstrated ability of bringing complex development projects to successful completion.
• Champion development best practices and upcoming trends on technology.
• Provide ongoing systems support and enhancements once solutions are built and deployed.
• Research emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plans.
• Participating in project teams comprised of internal customers, partners, and peers from project inception through the deployment as a technical subject matter expert.
• Good to have classic SharePoint sites and migration experience to modern SharePoint

Required Skills:

• At least 8+ years of experience in SharePoint Online (Office 365) Development and Administration
• Experience with SPFx solutions using React.
• In-Depth knowledge of Modern SharePoint Integrations
• Experience setting up SharePoint Sites, Templates & Content Types
• Knowledge of migration of Classic SharePoint with Modern SharePoint
• Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell & CLI
• In-Depth knowledge on usage of PnP Webparts & API's
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API & developing solutions using it
• Knowledge on developing REST API's Endpoints using C# / NodeJS
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills

Education
