We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and enterprise migration projects. The candidate will lead end-to-end migrations from SharePoint On-Premises (2010/2013/2016/2019) to SharePoint Online while ensuring security, governance, and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SharePoint migration projects from On-Premises to SharePoint Online.
• Assess existing environments, define migration strategies, and perform migration readiness analysis.
• Use tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, Quest, and PowerShell automation for migration execution.
• Migrate sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows, and metadata.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize migration performance.
• Implement governance, security, compliance, and best practices across Microsoft 365.
• Provide post-migration support, documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, permissions, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, CSOM, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, MFA, and Hybrid SharePoint environments.
• Familiarity with SPFx, Modern SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
