Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid - (3x days onsite/week in Pune, India)

We are looking for a hands‑on SharePoint Engineer with strong experience in SharePoint Online tenant‑to‑tenant migrations. This role focuses on planning, executing, and validating migrations during M&A or organizational transitions, ensuring secure and seamless consolidation of environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SharePoint Online tenant‑to‑tenant migrations
• Perform site inventory, assessment, and pre‑migration remediation
• Migrate content using tools like ShareGate (pre‑stage, incremental, cutover)
• Validate migrated environments (content, metadata, permissions, access)
• Manage SharePoint Online environments (sites, hubs, permissions, sharing)
• Collaborate with identity and security teams for access continuity
• Troubleshoot post‑migration issues (access, sync, links, guest users)
• Maintain governance, security, and documentation standards

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online migrations (tenant‑to‑tenant)
• Experience with migration tools like ShareGate
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online security and permissions
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) concepts
• Ability to validate and troubleshoot post‑migration environments
• Experience working on multiple migration projects (M&A preferred)
