Job summary

Bootminds seeks an experienced SFDC Lead Developer to optimize our Salesforce platform and scale digital solutions. You will work with IT, sales and marketing to maximize platform usage and data integration, while leading a team and guiding PoCs.

Ideal candidates have Salesforce Certification, Apex/Visualforce expertise, and strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, with a Bachelor’s degree and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified; Platform Developer I preferred.
• 7+ years experience with Apex triggers and classes (schedulable and batchable).
• 4+ years experience with Visualforce pages and controllers.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Interface and components.
• Declarative development (flows, process builder, and workflows).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, SQL and ETL.
• JavaScript and HTML/CSS skills.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree.

SFDC Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced SFDC Lead Developer to optimize our Salesforce platform and provide technical expertise to scale digital solutions and data integration. As a full-time Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities. You will also lead a group of members, help with PoCs, talk with business, and guide the team.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified (Platform Developer I preferred)

• Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating them into a solution that can be effectively implemented
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Interface, Lightning component development
• Declarative development (flows, process builder, and workflows)
• Experience with Salesforce and other cloud system APIs, SQL, and ETL
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Demonstrated ability to work across platforms/applications, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems
• Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Remote: 2 days WFH in a week, with 3 days in the office (RTO policy)
