Job summary

Duvi DigiIQ, Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead to drive scalable eCommerce solutions in Mumbai. You will lead a team of SFCC developers, guide design-to-delivery processes, and ensure best practices across SFRA, OCAPI/SCAPI, and integrations with ERP/CRM/PIM systems.

The role requires 8+ years in IT and strong hands-on SFCC and headless architecture experience, with excellent communication to stakeholders and customers.

Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands‑on expertise in developing and delivering scalable eCommerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce). The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive day-to-day technical delivery, ensure adherence to design and coding standards, and work closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SFCC developers through design, development, and delivery of storefront and integration features.
• Translate solution designs from architects into detailed technical implementation plans.
• Build and review code for SFRA and Headless Commerce implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Own sprint-level delivery, effort estimation, task allocation, and progress tracking.
• Implement and oversee integrations with payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, PIM, and third-party applications.
• Drive code reviews, unit testing, and quality checks across the development team.
• Support CI/CD pipeline execution, deployments, and release management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Mentor and upskill developers within the team on SFCC best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in client discussions, status updates, and technical clarifications as needed.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce / Demandware).
• Proficiency in SFRA, OCAPI, SCAPI, BM configuration, custom cartridges, and integrations.
• Working experience with Headless Commerce architecture.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and cloud-native integrations.
• Familiarity with the broader Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of eCommerce architecture, performance tuning, caching, SEO, and security best practices.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized development teams in an enterprise commerce environment.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification.
• Exposure to Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect certification track is a plus.
• Experience in Retail, eCommerce, Fashion, Consumer Goods, or Marketplace domains.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong hands-on technical and team-leadership skills.
• Ability to drive delivery independently while collaborating with architects on design decisions.
• Experience managing small development teams and coordinating sprint deliveries.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and accountability.
