Job summary

Zerozilla Infotech Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SFCC Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical design of scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for both B2C and B2B initiatives.

You will guide development teams, drive integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, and payment systems, and define API, data, and application architecture along with REST/SOAP and headless commerce implementations.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in software/commerce technology with strong SFCC architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Hands-on experience with SFRA, OCAPI, and SCAPI.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of headless commerce and composable commerce architecture.
• Experience integrating SFCC with ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment, tax, search, and other third-party platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, source control, and deployment processes.
• Strong knowledge of application security and commerce platform best practices.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture for B2C/B2B commerce solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance commerce platforms.
• Lead integrations between SFCC and ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, tax, search, and third-party systems.
• Define API, integration, data, and application architecture.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API and headless commerce solutions.
• Establish coding, security, performance, integration, and DevOps/CI-CD standards.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design, estimation, and architecture workshops.
• Review technical designs, solution approaches, and critical code.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and QA teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable commerce solutions.
• Support presales activities, RFPs, proposals, customer presentations, and technical workshops.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SFCC Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical design of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions across B2C and B2B commerce environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SFCC, SFRA, OCAPI, SCAPI, JavaScript, Node.js, integrations, headless commerce, cloud architecture, and DevOps, along with the ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.
