Job summary

ProductSpace is seeking a Services Manager (PLM) to lead delivery and operations across PLM implementations and engineering solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Teamcenter, Windchill, and simulation tools, with proven leadership in managing teams and client engagements.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet SLAs, budgets, and quality standards while fostering process improvement and proactive reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM and engineering service projects.
• Manage implementations and support for Teamcenter, Windchill, and simulation solutions.
• Act as primary client interface for project delivery and escalations.
• Drive project planning, execution and delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams (PLM consultants, developers, simulation engineers).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solutioning.
• Monitor resource allocation and optimize team utilization.
• Deliver regular performance and status reports to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end delivery of PLM\ and engineering service projects
• Manage implementations and\ support for Teamcenter \/ Windchill \/ Simulation solutions
• Act as the primary client\ interface for project delivery and escalations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor\ or Master\ in\ Engineering (Mechanical\/Industrial preferred)
• MBA or PMP certification is a\ plus
