Alstom in Bangalore seeks a seasoned Services - ISR Manager to lead the extended ISR project team, ensuring delivery against contractual obligations with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).
You will collaborate with sourcing, engineering, and central teams to implement key processes, consolidate workload forecasts, and drive continuous improvement throughout the ISR domain.

Youll play a key role in managing the extended ISR project team to deliver on contractual obligations and ensure excellence in quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, engineering, and central functions, to ensure seamless collaboration, develop and implement key processes, and manage stakeholder relationships.
You’ll specifically take care of overseeing the ISR project team, consolidating workload forecasts, and ensuring compliance with international standards, but also lead the competency development of the ISR team and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
