Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex ServiceNow implementations in a Delhi-based engagement with a mix of remote and on-site work. The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on development across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules.

The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/IT, and a proven track record of enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure security/compliance.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos and proposals.

About the Role:

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

• Required:
• Junior – CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD
• Intermediate – CSA and at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD
• Senior – CAS and at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
