NTT DATA North America invites a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex CSM implementations. You will architect solutions, integrate with CRM/ERP and finance systems, and drive digital transformation across enterprise platforms.

Must possess hands-on JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and MID Server experience, plus a strong ITIL/ITSM background. On-site as required, with remote options based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow with 4+ years in CSM.
• Proven track record of enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on expertise across CSM modules: Case Management, Knowledge, Entitlements, Onboarding.
• Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, ERP, finance systems, and external apps.
• Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and workflow integrations.
• Ensure data interoperability and ITIL-aligned ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
• Provide strong hands‑on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows.
• Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third‑party platforms
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications.
• Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 4+ years of CSM experience.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. - 2+ Years

Certifications (Required/Preferred)

Should be CIS – CSM certified.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
