Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc in Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad is seeking a ServiceNow SecOps expert with 5-8 years of hands-on experience to lead end-to-end VR & SIR implementations.

You will configure VR workflows, SIR playbooks, and response processes, and integrate with Rapid7 and Splunk while ensuring ITSM/CMDB/CSDM alignment within the Security Operations domain.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in ServiceNow SecOps and modules VR/SIR.
• Hands-on VR workflows, SIR playbooks, and response processes.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow security model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with vulnerability management and security incident handling.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SecOps VR & SIR modules.
• Configure and customize VR workflows, SIR playbooks, and response processes.
