Qualifications

• ServiceNow CMDB with 5+ years hands-on experience.
• Proficient in the CSDM framework and governance aspects.
• Experience in service mapping, discovery and CMDB data reconciliation.
• Familiar with Service Graph Connectors and CI normalization processes.
• Strong ITSM/ITOM knowledge and observability concepts.
