Job summary

NITYO is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM & Platform Engineer to support enterprise ServiceNow environments within a regulated banking context. The role blends IRM/GRC expertise with hands-on platform engineering and ongoing operational support.

You will manage instance health, upgrades, performance, security, and compliance processes, while ensuring scalable, upgrade-safe solutions. Collaboration with security, risk, and audit teams is essential to meet regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC in regulated environments.
• Strong platform engineering skills for enterprise deployments.
• Ability to support incident management and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow instance health, availability, performance, and capacity.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, hotfixes, plugin activations, and instance clones.
• Monitor and troubleshoot slow transactions, logs, and platform issues.
• Support ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Risks, Controls, Testing, Issues, Policies, and compliance processes.
• Manage platform security, roles, ACLs, integrations, and environment configurations.
• Support production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with ServiceNow Support.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe.
• Support CMDB/CSDM alignment and platform governance.
• Follow banking change management, audit, security, risk, and regulatory controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow instance health, availability, performance, and capacity.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, hotfixes, plugin activations, and instance clones.
• Monitor and troubleshoot slow transactions, queries, logs, scheduled jobs, integrations, MID Servers, ECC queues, and platform issues.
• Support ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Risks, Controls, Testing, Issues, Policies, and compliance processes.
• Manage platform security, roles, ACLs, integrations, and environment configurations.
• Support production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with ServiceNow Support.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe.
