Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a ServiceNow Developer - S2P to implement and optimize S2P processes. The role focuses on designing workflows, configuring SPO/SLO/APO modules, and building integrations with ERP systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

The candidate should have 4-8 years in IT with at least 2 years hands-on in ServiceNow S2P or Procurement, and a strong grasp of Now Platform UI, Flow Designer, and Portal development.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years IT experience with at least 2 years in ServiceNow S2P or Procurement modules.
• Hands-on configuration of SPO, SLO, or APO modules.
• Strong knowledge of Now Platform UI, Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Builder, ACLs, and update sets.
• CSA certification desirable.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SPO, SLO, and APO modules to meet business requirements.
• Design future-state automated procurement workflows using ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop Portal and Workspace interfaces within S2P Workspace and Supplier Portal for users and vendors.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow S2P modules and ERP systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Support workshops to gather requirements and document user stories for technical discussions.

Description:

ServiceNow S2P Consultant will be a key player in implementing, configuring, and optimizing source-to-pay processes using the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong blend of functional procurement knowledge and hands-on technical expertise to deliver efficient and scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and/or Accounts Payable Operations (APO) modules to meet business requirements.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing procurement processes, conduct gap analyses, and design future-state automated workflows using ServiceNow best practices.
• Portal & Workspace Development: Design, develop, and enhance user interfaces, specifically within the Source-to-Pay Workspace and the Supplier Portal, ensuring intuitive and efficient user experiences for internal employees and external vendors.
• Integration: Design and implement robust integrations between ServiceNow S2P modules and third-party Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems using REST/SOAP APIs and/or Integration Hub.
• Development & Scripting: Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and other configurations using JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Support workshops to gather and document functional requirements and user stories, and serve as a primary contact for technical discussions with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Overall Experience:

4-8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically within the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procurement modules.

ServiceNow Platform Knowledge:

Strong understanding of core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including the Now Platform UI, Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Builder, ACLs, and update sets.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable.
