Job summary

Dow India is looking for an IT Service Management professional to develop and operate Dow’s ServiceNow platform. You will partner with senior managers to design, transition, and run service management solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and GRC modules.

The role requires deep ServiceNow development knowledge, ITIL framework expertise, and strong communication to meet client needs and SLAs. Flexible schedule across time zones is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, facilitative and communication skills.
• Experience in ServiceNow platform development, ITIL-based IT Service operations, JavaScript, SDM, DevOps, Agile methodologies, Asset Management and CMDB.
• Experience configuring the ServiceNow platform, with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and GRC modules.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop new capabilities to meet business requirements and define deployment strategy.
• Maintain service operations material to support adoption and operational reliability of ServiceNow.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to meet client satisfaction and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and team to ensure timely, quality delivery of Service Management solutions and production services.
• Perform development work in ServiceNow.
• Assist with issue resolution.

About you and this role

As part of the Service Management team, included under the ITS&S Organization, you will have responsibility for the development and operations of Dow’s IT Service Management foundational platform, ServiceNow. You will be responsible for the development and support of integrated, workable solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and address strategic capability needs. You will partner with the Sr. Service Managers and Service Managers to manage the work involved in service design, transition, and operations. In this role you need a deep knowledge of development work in ServiceNow and how different modules function. It will be your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops new capabilities as needed to meet business requirements and defines service deployment strategy that meets client needs.
• Maintains service operations material to support adoption and operational reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Drives and leads continuous improvement efforts and meets or exceeds client satisfaction goals and SLAs.
• Works closely with the Service Manager and other team members to ensure timely and good quality delivery of Service Management solutions along with operating production solutions.
• Perform Development work in ServiceNow.
• Drives continuous improvement efforts and meets or exceeds client satisfaction goals and SLAs.
• Assists with issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline is preferred and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Your skills Strong organizational, facilitative and communication skills.
• Experience / knowledge in the following areas: ServiceNow platform development, ITIL Framework, IT Service. ITIL Service Operations, JavaScript, SDM, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Asset Management, CMDB.
• Experience of configuration of ServiceNow platform.
• Experience on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM & GRC.

Additional notes No relocation support is provided for this role. The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential.
