Job summary

Dow India is seeking a DevOps/IT professional to design, develop, and support solutions that meet business needs. The role focuses on applying DevSecOps practices across on-premise and cloud deployments, with strong emphasis on Azure technologies and containerized implementations.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure designs align with Dow standards and optimize productivity. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in IT with 3+ years of relevant experience, hands-on Azure DevOps, GitHub,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud deployment/upgrade.
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps toolset.
• Azure DevOps / GitHub.
• AKS / Containers.
• Strong working experience in a cloud environment (Azure).
• Automation and scripting skills like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and IaC templates.
• Linux administration experience is a plus.
• Software lifecycle management experience.

About You And This Role

Designs, develops, and supports solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Works in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education.

In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.

It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

• Good expertise within DevSecOps practices
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps toolset is a plus

• Development skills – development lifecycle, tools, and patterns; prior development background is a plus

• AI skills – building and using agents, MCP
• Continuous learning to stay on top of industry best practices and trends
