Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, analysis, and functional solutioning for complex ServiceNow implementations. You will align IT capabilities with business goals and act as a liaison between stakeholders, service managers, and the technical team.

The role requires 6-8 years of BA experience with at least 4 years in ServiceNow, strong ITSM knowledge, and experience in leading workshops and UAT.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 4 years in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as GRC and Reporting.
• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile delivery and ServiceNow Agile; CSA certification preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 68 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g. GRC, Reporting).
• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate business/technical discussions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodology and ServiceNow Agile.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
