Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, analysis, and functional solutioning for complex ServiceNow implementations. This role aligns IT capabilities with business goals, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, Service managers, and the technical team.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of BA experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow, ITSM, and related modules. Hybrid work model, with locations in Hyderabad or Pune.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in a BA role with ServiceNow focus.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and familiarity with GRC and Reporting.
• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Understanding of Agile and ServiceNow Agile.
• CSA certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 68 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g. GRC, Reporting).
• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate business/technical discussions.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodology and ServiceNow Agile.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
