Job summary

Jobtailor in India seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to define end-to-end telecom/network inventory architecture (TNI) and design scalable CMDB/CSDM solutions, including Discovery and Service Mapping, with strong REST/SOAP integrations.

You will lead ITSM and ITOM deployments, model services (L1/L2/L3) and circuits, architect integrations with NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS, and drive data quality, governance, and reconciliation across CMDB.

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle
• Integration expertise with REST, SOAP, and MID Server
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• Minimum 2 CIS certifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and mentoring ability
