Job summary

Chubb India is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across global regions.

You will define processes, draft requirements, and guide workshops while upholding platform standards and upgrade compatibility. Strong ITIL knowledge and 15+ years in ServiceNow are required for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years on the ServiceNow platform serving as Lead/Architect.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and ITAM modules.
• Experience in CSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Knowledge Management and DevOps.

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Responsibilities:

• Provide ServiceNow architecture expertise and develop solution diagrams aligned with the technology landscape.
• Lead technical delivery, configuration, and development of ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to define processes, gather requirements, and support workshops, discovery sessions, and kick-off calls.
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, integrations, and upgrade compatibility.
• Reviewing and approving architectural decisions for ServiceNow modules across global regions.
• Maintaining platform standards, design patterns, and guardrails to ensure consistency across Chubb's instances
• Demand review sessions for new feature requests or customizations
• Enforcing upgrade compatibility — ensuring customizations don't break the system
• Designing and reviewing REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
• Syncing with ServiceNow developer team for providing architectural guidance
• Attending project calls with business stakeholders for new functionality implementations
• Discussing CMDB data quality initiatives
• Coordinating with Security for vulnerability findings related to the ServiceNow instance
• Ensuring data residency and audit trail requirements are met for insurance regulatory compliance
• Updating architecture diagrams, integration maps, and platform documentation
• Contributing to the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with Companies IT strategy

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Technology, Business, IT Management, or related fields
• Solid working knowledge of ServiceNow various products and implementation
• 15+ Years of experience on the ServiceNow platform servicing as a Lead / Architect
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and specifically the ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and ITAM modules
• Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Omni-Channel), ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change etc.), Case Management, CMDB, Service Portal, Knowledge Management, DevOps, ITOM along with Dashboard & Reporting
• Excellent knowledge of CSDM 3.0 and/or 4.0.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts.
• Understanding of data lineage concepts and data governance tools.
