Job summary

Weekday is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer in Pune to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across TPRM, IRM, and GRC. You will work with business and tech teams to translate risk and compliance requirements into scalable platforms, driving automation and data integrity across enterprise risk programs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong scripting skills, and a proven track record of delivering GRC-enabled solutions in large environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience focusing on TPRM or IRM.
• Proven track record implementing GRC solutions in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (ISO31000, COSO, NIST).
• Experience with scripting (GLS, JavaScript), REST/SOAP APIs, and data integration tools.
• Solid knowledge of compliance regulations such as GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex system environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced technology settings.
• Strong analytical skills with capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities
