Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking a ServiceNow professional to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB. You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver reliable workflows and integrations.

You should have strong scripting skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML), familiarity with Agile methods and Git, and a collaborative mindset to support end-users and maintain data quality in a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• Experience in IT services and consulting industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
