Job summary

Happy Gardens in Bengaluru invites a garden supervisor to lead gardeners in installing and maintaining Vegetable Terrace Gardens. You will inspect sites, understand customer requirements, plan crop rotations, explain and train customers, and prepare maintenance schedules while coordinating with the gardening team.

The ideal candidate has 0–5 years of horticulture or agriculture qualifications, strong communication and presentability, and fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture or agriculture field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Gardeners to install and maintain Vegetable Terrace Garden.
• Inspect Sites prior to installation of Vegetable Terrace Garden.

• Prepare Periodical Maintenance Schedules and Coordinate with Gardeners.
