Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to install, commission, and maintain rotary air compressors. The role involves frequent travel, overtime, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work and customer satisfaction in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will work on site in Delhi, collaborate with the service team, and focus on quality installation, preventive maintenance, and upgrades while meeting revenue and service

Qualifications

• 3-year diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays.
• Strong technical background in rotary air compressors.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning & servicing of air compressors.
• Achieve revenue and collection targets.
• Coordinate internally and externally to complete work on time.
• Explore opportunities for upgrades and new business.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Frequent travel with overnight stays when needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while aligning with stakeholders' requirements.
• Knowledge in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of compressors.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to install, commission, and maintain rotary air compressors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. The role involves frequent travel, overtime, and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning & Servicing of Air compressors
• To achieve revenue & collection targets
• Co-ordination on various level internally & externally to get the require work done on time
• Explore the new business opportunities such as upgrades
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
• Frequent travel requirements with some overnight travel
• Ensuring the Customer Satisfaction while managing & working in line with the requirement of allied stake-holders.
• Skill set required:
• Knowledge in installation, commissioning, Maintenance

Basic Qualifications

• Qualification: 3years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical

Key Competencies

• Compressor knowledge: In-depth understanding of rotary air compressors, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills, including troubleshooting and repair of compressors and related equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including control circuits and motor control.
• Understanding of pneumatic systems, including piping, valves, and controls.
