Job summary

Pi Square Technologies invites applications for a Service Desk International Voice role in Pune, India. You will provide voice-based tech support, troubleshoot end-user IT issues, and use ServiceNow for incident logging and resolution.

The ideal candidate has strong Windows, AD, DNS, VPN, and Office 365 experience, excellent English communication, and is willing to work rotational/night shifts to cover global time zones.

• Handle international voice-based technical support and troubleshoot end-user IT issues.
• Troubleshoot user access, password, connectivity, application, and system-related issues.
• Work with ServiceNow for incident logging, tracking and resolution.
• Understand and apply incident management, SLA, ticket prioritization and escalation procedures.
• Provide clear, concise English communication and professional customer interactions.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.

• Experience working with ServiceNow for incident logging, tracking, and resolution.
