Qualifications

• 10–12 years IT/consulting experience with 5+ years in delivery/operations leadership.
• Hands-on experience as an ETL/Data Warehouse developer.
• Strong expertise in SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing, Analytics.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
• Working knowledge of AWS or Azure environments.
• Strong operations experience with SOPs, SLAs, JIRA, ServiceNow, RCA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Seeking a hands-on Delivery Manager with a strong ETL and Data Warehouse background to manage production operations for analytics and data platforms. The role requires prior developer experience, strong technical depth, and ownership of end-to-end delivery, SLA governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for ETL, Data Warehouse, and Analytics operations in a production environment.
• Manage a 2025 member team, ensuring SLA adherence, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, operational processes, and governance models, driving SLA and KPI compliance
• Own incident management, RCA, problem management, and operational governance.
• Track and improve key operational metrics such as availability, MTTR, defect leakage, and on-time delivery
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex production issues.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage client and stakeholder communication, service reviews, and delivery reporting.

Technical Leadership (Hands-on Expectation)

• Act as a technical escalation point for complex production issues across ETL, DWH, and Big Data platforms
• Review and guide ETL workflows, data pipelines, job scheduling, performance tuning, and failure handling
• Ensure best practices in data quality, reconciliation, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms
• Drive adoption of automation, monitoring enhancements, and self-healing solutions in operations

Required Skills & Experience
