Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in India seeks a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - FP&A to lead large FP&A operations, drive yearly planning, and provide insights to executives. You will manage dashboards, variance analyses, and a growing FP&A team while driving process improvements using Excel automation.

The role requires strong FP&A background, advanced Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Office-based in India with global client exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Strong data analytics and financial reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and automation skills (Macros/VBA).
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Excellent English communication.
• CFA/CPA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large FP&A operations, ensuring consistent delivery against SLAs, KPIs and client expectations.
• Drive yearly financial planning and monthly forecasting, covering revenue, costs, headcount, capacity utilization and efficiency targets.
• Review performance dashboards and conduct variance analysis, presenting insights to clients and senior leadership.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by providing accurate, client-wise financial reporting and insights into key business drivers.
• Oversee team performance by setting goals, monitoring outcomes and ensuring corrective actions.
• Act as a people manager—leading hiring, coaching, structured learning paths, and building a high-performance FP&A team.
• Identify and drive process improvements using advanced Excel tools, automation and analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.
