Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of Snowflake, data, cloud, and AI initiatives in Chennai, India. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage planning, risks, and timelines, and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.

The role requires strong knowledge of Snowflake and modern data platforms, and solid experience with Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and GenAI-driven solutions.

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end delivery and management of Snowflake, data, cloud, and AI initiatives, ensuring successful execution across technical teams, stakeholders, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Snowflake, data, cloud, and AI initiatives.
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, data engineers, AI/ML teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive delivery across Snowflake data platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and AI/GenAI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans and actionable outcomes.
• Track project progress, milestones, issues, risks, and dependencies and provide regular status updates.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Ensure delivery quality, operational readiness, and adherence to agreed timelines and standards.
• Support identification and resolution of technical and delivery challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, governance, and operational practices.
