Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for S&P - Procurement Ops to guide the procurement team and optimize spend across categories. You will own performance metrics, lead ad-hoc sourcing, and drive value engineering while mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities include reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring adherence to procurement standards as part of a dynamic, innovation-driven Genpact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or supply chain.
• Master’s degree in Operations Management preferred.
• Certifications in supplier diversity, CPSM, CPM, CPSD are desirable.

Oversee ad-hoc sourcing and procurement activities to ensure the organization acquires the best value on all spend categories. Prepare and analyze team performance reports, explain variances, and collaborate with partners to produce actionable performance insights. Identify and execute Value Engineering initiatives to eliminate non-value-added activities, optimize costs, and enhance supplier relationships. Lead process improvement and capacity optimization initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Mentor and develop team members, fostering employee engagement, skill growth, and adherence to best practices in procurement operations.
