The role holder is responsible for meeting quality, productivity, and turnaround time standards, communicating clearly with clients via real‑time phone calls and email, identifying processing discrepancies, and supporting operational accuracy. More specifically, the role supports daily accounting‑related service work with a particular focus on financial reconciliation and discrepancy identification by following defined procedures carefully and maintaining precision.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Processing Operations 70%
- Operate client systems and process insurance and accounting‑related tasks (such as financial reconciliation and tracking inflows/outflows) accurately and efficiently.
- Follow established procedures step by step and apply them correctly across different work scenarios.
- Review task information carefully, identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information, and take appropriate action based on procedures.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround time standards.
- Comply with ReSource Pro’s Information Security policies and client information security requirements.
2. Client Communication 15%
- Provide timely support by conducting direct phone calls or emails with clients on procedure‑oriented matters (spoken English is required).
- Communicate with clients using clear, polite, and well‑structured written English.
- Respond to client requests promptly and escalate concerns to the supervisor when needed.
3. Problem Identification & Other 15%
- Identify discrepancies between data received and client system records; investigate by accessing relevant systems to locate the root cause or gap.
- Escalate identified issues in a timely manner with clear, structured descriptions of the discrepancy and supporting findings.
- Conduct assigned auditing tasks and track data accurately via Case Tracker.
