Job summary

GTT is seeking a Service Assurance Engineer to join its global network operations. You will troubleshoot, manage incidents, and ensure high availability of international services across multiple regions, coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

The role involves configuring network devices, validating solutions, documenting processes, and driving preventative actions, with extended hours and remote work. Strong troubleshooting, knowledge of BGP/OSPF and SD-WAN are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Telco, Service Provider, or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Experience with SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies.
• Good understanding of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP.
• Experience with Layer 2 technologies, including VLANs, STP, and LACP.
• Knowledge of MPLS, L2VPN, and L3VPN services.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support across GTT's global network.
• Own and drive incidents through to successful resolution.
• Perform technical validation, troubleshooting, and escalation management.

Service Assurance Engineer

At GTT, our Service Assurance Team manages and maintains GTT's international network, delivering exceptional support to customers worldwide. As a Service Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents through resolution, and ensuring a stable, resilient, and high-performing network environment.

What We're Looking For
