Modena Cherry Creek is seeking a Server to create a welcoming dining experience for residents. You will provide attentive, courteous service while upholding cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality standards.

The role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and a strong guest-service mindset. We foster a culture of hospitality and expect all employees to uphold these standards with residents and colleagues daily.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and service-oriented.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Must receive the annual Flu vaccine (excluding medical or religious exemptions).

Responsibilities

• Serve resident meals in a timely and professional manner.
• Reset and prepare tables for the next meal service.
• Serve room trays as needed.
• Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards.
• Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service.
• Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
• Ensure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure.
