Alventra Marketing is seeking an SEO Strategy and Performance Specialist who owns end-to-end SEO for assigned clients, focusing on local SEO for USA-based service businesses and driving lead generation.
You will explain strategy to clients, move it from plan to execution, and manage audits, content, and technical SEO with data-driven decisions and AI-assisted workflows.
At Alventra Marketing, each SEO Strategy and Performance Specialist owns the entire SEO journey for their assigned clients. You're not just executing tasks — you are responsible for strategy, execution, results, and client outcomes end to end. We specialise in Local SEO for service-based businesses in the USA, helping plumbers, roofers, contractors, and more rank #1 on Google and generate consistent leads.
This isn’t a purely internal, behind-the-scenes SEO role. You’ll be the person who understands why a strategy is built the way it is, keeps it moving through execution, and can sit across from a client and explain all of it — clearly, confidently, and without jargon.
About Alventra Marketing
End-to-end ownership of 5–6 client accounts — covering SEO strategy, performance tracking, and direct client communication. You’ll take a strategy from “why we’re doing this” to “here’s what we delivered and here’s what’s next,” and you’ll be comfortable explaining that journey to the client yourself, not just to your internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Proven GBP ranking results + website ranking results (samples will be required).
Deep understanding of Google Business Profile optimisation, local link building, technical audits, and lead generation-focused SEO.
Hands‑on experience developing or contributing to SEO strategy — not just executing tasks assigned by someone else. This includes areas like keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content strategy, competitor analysis, off-page/link‑building, and local SEO.
Previous client‑facing experience — you've been on client calls before, understood their goals, discussed recommendations directly with them, and communicated progress, results, and next steps yourself.
Prior experience managing teams or overseeing junior SEOs.
Excellent communication skills — comfortable speaking directly to clients, explaining SEO in plain terms, and presenting ideas and recommendations with confidence.
India‑based, fluent in English, strong organisational skills, and the ability to create and maintain SOPs.
Comfort with these (or equivalent tools) is expected. You don’t need to know all of them, but you need to pick them up fast.
Exposure to U.S. market clients and international‑standard SEO work.
Access to paid tools, courses, and resources needed for the role.
No bureaucracy — decisions move fast, feedback is direct.
