Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 0-1 year of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content, social media).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage client projects in the U.S. market. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, with an understanding of digital marketing processes and a passion for delivering top-notch client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead project planning, scoping, and scheduling, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project status.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, content, development) to allocate resources and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes and review project deliverables for accuracy and quality before client delivery.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines or budgets and take corrective actions as needed.
• Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to clients and senior management.
• Client Feedback & Relationship Management: Gather client feedback, resolve issues, and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content, social media).
