Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Mass Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of various SEO strategies and tools.
• Prior experience with an SEO/Digital Marketing agency.
• Experience handling international clients.
• Experience participating in and independently handling strategy calls.
• Team handling/people management experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing SEO strategies across on-page and off-page activities.
• Leading and mentoring SEO specialists to align with business goals.
• Analyzing website performance and traffic to identify improvements.
• Collaborating with content, design, and development teams on SEO best practices.
• Staying up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and tools.
• Conducting technical SEO audits with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

• Analyzing website performance: This includes analyzing traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
