Job summary

SocialPilot is seeking an experienced Lead SEO Manager to drive organic growth for our SaaS platform. You will own the end-to-end SEO strategy, coordinate with content and development teams, and report progress to leadership.

This onsite, full-time role in Ahmedabad requires 7+ years in SEO, a revenue-led mindset, and a proven ability to scale organic performance in fast-growing environments using industry tools such as GA, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and GTM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SEO, specifically in SaaS or growth-stage companies.
• Experience planning, implementing and reporting a revenue-led SEO strategy.
• Experience collaborating with content teams to define and execute SEO-driven content plans.
• Proficiency with analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire SEO initiatives and strategies to maximize organic search traffic.
• Develop and execute a scalable SEO strategy and roadmaps for sustainable growth.
• Own keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical audits, and backlinking.
• Create reports with insights to measure impact against defined OKRs.
• Communicate progress with leadership to ensure strategy alignment with KPIs.
• Collaborate with content to shape content strategy and calendar based on SEO opportunities.
• Work with web development to implement tech SEO best practices and optimize site architecture.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to drive ongoing improvements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of SEO experts.

Job description

SocialPilot is looking for an experienced lead SEO manager to join our team. You will

build meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space that the customers love. You will

be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for

innovation. As a SEO Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing and

managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the

success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth

and success.

This role is full-time, onsite based in Ahmedabad, India.

What you will do

• Leading the entire SEO initiatives and strategies for SocialPilot. The primary goal for this position is to maximize organic search traffic for our website by improving the SERP rank of relevant keywords
• Developing & executing SocialPilot’s SEO strategy & building roadmaps to drive sustainable organic growth
• Owning the process creation & deliverables, including (but not limited to): Keyword Research & Structuring, On-Page & Off-Page Content Optimizations, Technical Audits, Backlinking, etc.
• Creating meaningful reports in collaboration with the marketing operations team, to accurately measure the impact of SEO activities against defined OKRs
• Managing effective communication with leadership on progress to ensure the best possible strategy is being implemented to hit KPIs
• Working closely with the content team to help define the content strategy/calendar based on identified SEO opportunities
• Working closely with the web development team to ensure the implementation of tech SEO best practices and maintain an ideal site architecture for maximum SEO benefits
• Required to stay on top of SEO trends, algorithm updates and changes to the search landscape, to drive continued innovations and implementation of SEO best practices and strategies.
• Building a strong team of self-motivated SEO experts to help scale our organic efforts.

What are you like

• 7+years' experience working specifically in SEO
• Experience in planning, implementing and reporting a revenue-led SEO strategy (SaaS experience is an added advantage)
• Experience working with a content team in an SEO capacity - ideally in a high-growth company, focused on creating and implementing content strategies
• Proficient in using tools including (not limited to) Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Hubspot (or other marketing automation tools).
• Experience working on Google Tag Manager & Google Data Studio is an added advantage
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals to consistently identify & run experiments on improving conversion rates across different parts of the funnel
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities and manage complex projects
