Your key responsibilities: Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of 5–10 clients. Conduct high-level SEO audits, identify opportunities, and set growth roadmaps. Lead keyword strategy, content planning, and on-page optimization. Supervise off-page activities — link-building, digital PR, and brand mentions. Partner with design, content, and web teams to ensure SEO-first delivery. Coach and mentor SEO Associates and Specialists; ensure process consistency. Build monthly reports that translate SEO metrics into business insights. Stay ahead of algorithm updates and refine playbooks accordingly. Contribute to Pyrite’s knowledge base — frameworks, SOPs, and case studies.**What We’re Looking For** A data-driven leader who’s equally comfortable deep-diving into Ahrefs as presenting ROI to clients. Must-have skills: 7-10 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link acquisition.
