Aufgaben

• Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy with a focus on sustainable organic growth.
• Identify opportunities to grow organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and organic acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research and build content strategies aligned with user intent and business priorities.
• Drive on-page and technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture and internal linking.
• Collaborate with content, product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement SEO initiatives at scale.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities across high-value search categories.
• Monitor organic performance and translate SEO data into growth opportunities.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other relevant SEO metrics.
• Develop and maintain SEO dashboards and regular performance reports.
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support international SEO initiatives and market expansion where relevant.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices.

What You'll Do

• Drive on-page and technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and other technical improvements.
• Work closely with content, product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement SEO initiatives at scale.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities across high-value search categories.
• Monitor organic performance and translate SEO data into actionable growth opportunities.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other relevant SEO and business metrics.
• Develop and maintain SEO dashboards and regular performance reports.
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
• Support international SEO initiatives and market expansion where relevant.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, search trends, AI-driven search experiences, and evolving SEO best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 4-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in consumer technology, consumer internet, SaaS, marketplaces, apps, or other high-growth digital businesses.
• Proven experience scaling organic growth and improving organic traffic and visibility.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content SEO, and internal linking.
• Experience working with large or rapidly growing websites is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent SEO platforms.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams.
• Ability to independently own SEO initiatives from identifying an opportunity through execution and measurement.
• US market / international SEO experience is a strong plus.

Good to Have

• Experience in a consumer tech or high-growth startup environment.
• Experience with international or US SEO.
• Understanding of programmatic SEO and SEO at scale.
• Experience with SEO-led content strategies.
• Familiarity with app SEO / ASO.
• Understanding of AI search, LLM-driven discovery, and the changing search landscape.
