Job summary

Infilon Technologies Pvt Ltd, a software development company in Ahmedabad, is hiring an SEO Executive to grow organic and paid visibility for Infilon and its clients. The role is SEO-first, with hands-on support for Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads campaigns.

You will own organic performance end-to-end, work alongside paid campaigns so that SEO and PPC complement each other, and collaborate with developers and designers to implement fixes and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on SEO experience across on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
• Strong keyword research, competitor analysis and content planning.
• Technical SEO knowledge: site audits, Core Web Vitals, schema, crawlability.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush.
• Quality link-building through guest posts and digital PR.
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads integration with SEO.

Responsibilities

• Own organic performance end-to-end and optimize across multiple client websites.
• Coordinate with developers and designers to implement technical SEO fixes.
• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Create monthly performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Monitor campaigns for alignment with paid campaigns and reporting.

The role is SEO-first, with hands-on support for Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads campaigns.

The goal for the SEO Executive is

Bring in qualified traffic and leads, not just rankings. You will own organic performance end-to-end and work alongside paid campaigns so that SEO and PPC support each other instead of competing.

Job Location:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO)

Required Experience:

2-4 years

Able to join within 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)

Candidate we are looking for has the following characteristics:

• Data-driven marketer who makes decisions from numbers, not guesses.
• Curious about algorithm updates, AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity results) and how search behaviour is changing.
• Able to explain results clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Organised, able to manage multiple websites and campaigns at once.
• Comfortable working closely with developers and designers.

What are we looking for

• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience across on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
• Strong keyword research, competitor analysis and content planning skills.
• Technical SEO knowledge, including site audits, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawlability, indexing issues, sitemaps and robots.txt.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush or Screaming Frog.
• Quality link-building through guest posts, outreach and digital PR (no spammy tactics).
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, covering Search, Display and Performance Max campaigns, keyword bidding, ad copy and conversion tracking.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), covering audience targeting, lead-generation campaigns, Meta Pixel setup and retargeting.
• Ability to create monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have

• Google Ads certification or Meta Blueprint certification.
• Experience with SEO for IT services, SaaS or B2B companies.
• Experience with international SEO (US, UK, Australia markets).
• Familiarity with Next.js or WordPress websites.
• Experience using AI tools for content briefs, keyword clustering or reporting.
• Looker Studio dashboard creation.
