About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results‑driven SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on‑page SEO, off‑page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and generating qualified leads through SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
• Perform content gap analysis and recommend SEO improvements.
• Create SEO briefs for blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
• Monitor and improve website rankings for target keywords.

Technical SEO

• Perform website audits and identify SEO issues.
• Fix crawlability and indexing issues.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and website performance.
• Implement schema markup and structured data.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and hreflang tags.

Off-Page SEO

• Develop and execute link‑building strategies.
• Perform outreach for guest posting and backlink acquisition.
• Monitor backlink profiles and identify toxic links.
• Build high‑quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track SEO performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Monitor keyword rankings and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports.
• Analyze organic traffic trends and conversion metrics.

AI & Modern SEO

• Optimize content for AI Search and Generative Search Engines.
• Use AI tools to improve content research and SEO workflows.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required Skills

Must Have

• 1–2 years of SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience in keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
