Job summary

Noida-based Senior Administrator role focusing on SailPoint IIQ, Java, and SailPoint FAM is open. The candidate will support, configure, and enhance enterprise IAM solutions, manage provisioning workflows, and assist in JML and access reviews.

We seek 3-6 years IT experience with 2-4 years SailPoint hands-on work, strong knowledge of IIQ/ISC, and solid development skills in Java, BeanShell, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years IT experience with 2-4 years SailPoint hands-on.
• Experience with IIQ and/or ISC.

Job Summary

We are looking for a SailPoint L2 Developer to support, enhance, and maintain enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint. The role involves developing and configuring SailPoint functionalities, supporting access management processes, troubleshooting incidents, and working closely with L3 teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.


• Develop and maintain provisioning workflows, access requests, certifications, and lifecycle events.


• Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access governance initiatives.


• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents, service requests, and production issues within defined SLAs.


• Develop and modify SailPoint rules, workflows, forms, reports, and tasks.


• Assist in onboarding applications and integrating target systems with SailPoint.


• Perform access reviews, certification campaigns, and policy violation remediation activities.


• Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders for IAM operations.


• Support deployment, testing, and validation of SailPoint enhancements and fixes.


• Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance activities, and identify improvement opportunities.

Skill Requirements

• 3-6 years of overall IT experience with 2-4 years of hands-on SailPoint experience.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.


• Knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.


• Experience with ServiceNow integration and workflow automation.


• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance, and audit requirements.


• Exposure to Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools such as Git.


• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM environments.


• Knowledge of Zero Trust and Identity Security principles.
