Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Chennai is seeking a Senior Administrator for Support & Operations in Azure Security. The role focuses on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance security posture and customer satisfaction.

You will work on PKI, certificate management, HSM, and migration planning from data center to cloud, designing high-level and low-level security solutions, and supporting escalations for customers and projects.

Qualifications

• Must have implementation experience in PKI / certificate management / HSM.
• Must have deployed and supported PKI / Certificate management / HSM solution in on-prem & cloud.
• Must have knowledge for planning security tool migration from data center to cloud solution.
• Must have designed security solutions and capable to prepare HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design) for new requirements.
• Must provide solution / support due diligence for new customer, existing customer requirement.
• Must provide technical support for the team & projects during escalation.
