Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Pune seeks a Senior Workday Integrations Lead to guide the Workday Integrations team and drive scalable, reliable integrations across HR and Finance within our Workday ecosystem.

The role requires hands-on Workday Studio expertise, strong knowledge of PICOF/PECI and Prism Analytics, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure standards, security, and data accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Pune.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
• Knowledge of PICOF/PECI for payroll and employee data exchange.
• Experience with Prism Analytics and Finance integrations in Workday.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON and integration testing tools (Postman).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Workday Security Groups.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ServiceNow.
• Experience with BIRT for reporting and document generation.

Job Title: Senior Workday Integrations Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Senior Workday Integration Lead to join our team. This role will focus on the management of the Workday Integrations team, and on development, support, and enhancement of integrations across our Workday ecosystem, including Finance integrations, Prism Analytics, PICOF/PECI, and the HR module. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and a deep understanding of Workday’s integration architecture.

• Experience with Prism Analytics and Financial integrations within Workday.
• Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Processes.
• Hands-on experience with BIRT for custom reporting and document generation.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and integration testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Domains, Security Groups, and Business Process configuration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with BIRT for custom reporting and document generation.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and integration testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
