Job summary

Ashley Global Capability Center is seeking an experienced WMS Support Specialist in Chennai to troubleshoot Infios, HighJump, or Körber WMS applications and optimize warehouse operations. You will handle core WMS modules, support RF devices, and assist with WMS integrations and automation interfaces.

The role requires strong API troubleshooting, SQL Server performance tuning, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Infios WMS, HighJump, or Körber WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and RF workflows.
• Experience in API troubleshooting (REST/SOAP).
• Proficient in SQL Server performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience in WMS support, development, and production issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools for log analysis, anomaly detection, and issue pattern identification.
• Create SOPs, PRBs, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot Infios, HighJump, or Körber WMS applications.
• Handle WMS modules such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, ASN, PO, and Cycle Counting.
• Support RF scanners, WMS integrations, and automation interfaces.
• Perform API troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
• Use AI tools for log analysis, anomaly detection, and issue pattern identification.
• Create SOPs, PRBs, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Infios WMS or HighJump/Körber WMS.
